Meet the Leadership

Charlie – Voyage II Graduate → Voyage V Leader

Charlie released over 140 pounds and reached Onederland for the first time in nearly 30 years.

Her transformation didn’t come from extremes.
It came from consistency, structure, and support.

Today, she leads inside Voyage V because she understands the process from the inside.

Her story is proof that sustainable change is possible — even after years of struggle.

Meet Jen – Program Founder & Coach

Hi, I’m Jen.
I’ve spent over 25 years in the wellness space.

I’ve personally experienced significant weight loss, muscle building seasons, regain, rebuilding, and the emotional side of transformation that most programs ignore.

What I learned is this:
Extreme approaches don’t last.
Quick fixes don’t hold.
And discipline without structure eventually collapses.

Body by Design was built from lived experience — not theory.

I coach the process.
I teach the structure.
And I walk alongside women who are ready to do this differently.

Real Women. Real Structure. Real Progress.

Body by Design isn’t built on hype.
It’s built on consistency.

These are just a few of the women who have walked through this process and experienced what happens when structure replaces willpower.

Charlie

Released 140+ lbs

When Charlie stepped into coaching, she was navigating chronic pain, limited mobility, and years of discouragement.

What changed wasn’t one perfect week.
It was participation.

Through steady accountability, practical food structure, and mindset work, she rebuilt her habits layer by layer.

Today, she has released over 140 pounds, reached Onederland for the first time in nearly 30 years, and now leads inside Voyage V.

Her transformation came from staying in the process.

Crickett

Released 89 lbs

Crickett struggled with daily inflammation and repeated cycles of losing and regaining weight.

Inside the structure, she focused on realistic habits, inflammation reduction, and long-term consistency.

As her health improved, her weight followed.

She’s now hiking, traveling, and continuing her journey with strength and confidence.

Jewel

Released 241 lbs (including progress prior to coaching)

Jewel’s journey began long before she joined Body by Design.

But when she stepped into coaching, she was ready to deepen consistency and structure.

Inside the process, she strengthened mobility, improved labs, reduced medications, and rebuilt independence.

Her progress wasn’t dramatic or rushed.
It was steady and supported.

Ashley

Released 18.4 lbs in 12 weeks

Ashley didn’t need another extreme plan.

She needed accountability and structure that fit real life.

Within 12 weeks, she rebuilt consistency, influenced her household, and created momentum that extended beyond the scale.

Jen

I’ve released 93 pounds.
I’ve maintained.

I’ve experimented with muscle building.
I’ve pushed my metabolism.
I’ve done high protein.
I’ve learned — sometimes the hard way — what actually creates sustainable results and what doesn’t.

I know what it feels like to regain.
To feel frustrated.
To wonder why your body shifted again.

And I also know this:
Extremes don’t build sustainability.
Structure does.

That’s why Body by Design isn’t about chasing results.
It’s about building habits that hold — in real life, under real stress, through real seasons.

I don’t coach from theory.
I coach from experience.
And from a deep commitment to helping women build something they can actually maintain.

Common Questions
When does this coaching program begin?
We begin our program roughly at the beginning of each quarter of the year, but it may vary a bit.  We begin once we have a full cohort of 6-8 qualified participants. Once you apply, you’ll receive the next available start date and the full program calendar if accepted.
What do I have to buy to participate?
A set of containers will be needed ($10 min) and an antioxidant juice ($149 the first month, $85/ month after that) for healthy inflammation support, blood sugar support, and boost nutrients that you often lose during weight loss. It also helps with pH balancing and so much more.

We will talk about additional products to support you and help you to get the best results possible in the program.
What is the cost of the program?
Voyage Community tuition is $697 for the full 6-month program.
Payment plans are available (monthly or bi-weekly).

Because space is limited and coaching support is involved, discounted/free spots are not available.

(Optional line if you want to mention 1:1 without building it out yet)
Limited 1:1 coaching upgrades may be available by application.

How long is the program?
6 months. This is the minimum amount of time needed to build sustainable habits, strengthen mindset, and create lasting change. Many clients choose to continue into future phases depending on their goals.
Do you offer additional coaching support?
Yes. A limited number of participants may qualify for Guided support or 1:1 coaching upgrades based on goals, availability, and fit. You can indicate interest in your application.
If You're Ready to Stop Starting Over
If You're Ready to Stop Starting Over

You don’t need another perfect Monday.
You don’t need more motivation.
You need structure.
Support.

And a crew that doesn’t disappear when life gets busy.
Six months from now, you will be six months older either way.

The question isn’t whether time will pass.
It’s whether you’ll build something during it.

Body by Design isn’t about chasing a number.
It’s about building habits that hold.
If that’s what you’re ready for —
we’d love to walk with you.

Jen Strickland
Certified Wellness and Mindset Coach, LMT

Hi, I’m Jen Strickland. I’ve worked in the wellness space since 1998, helping women navigate health through real-life seasons — not ideal conditions. My journey has included releasing over 90 pounds, rebuilding after regain, experimenting with muscle building, and learning firsthand what supports sustainable health and what doesn’t.

Today, my work integrates structured coaching, restorative bodywork, and practical wellness tools to help women build habits that hold — physically, emotionally, and metabolically. Whether through Body by Design coaching, Still Waters Bodywork, or natural wellness education, my focus remains the same: Creating systems that support real life.

Because health isn’t about chasing perfection.
It’s about building something you can live in.
