My stylist has gotten to know me so well over time, selecting pieces that fit my style perfectly. It’s a shopping experience I truly enjoy, and I love that I don’t have to spend hours in a store. There’s something inspiring about having everything I need for a delicious meal delivered right to my door! Each meal kit includes pre-portioned ingredients in its own bag, complete with recipe cards, making it easy to cook, save time, and enjoy family-friendly dishes. Plus, with the option to go pork-free and an app that allows me to tailor meals to my needs, HelloFresh has become my go-to for stress-free cooking.

I love VRAI cosmetics because they’re truly clean, high-quality, and created by Melissa Poepping, who also designed Young Living’s beloved Savvy Minerals line. When Young Living discontinued that line, it left a void for many of us, and VRAI has beautifully filled it. The products are confidence-boosting and long-lasting, and while they’re an investment, it’s one I can trust and feel great about. Learning how to apply natural makeup has been a game-changer, too, and I love how polished and empowered I feel wearing VRAI!

Looking for a program that keeps you motivated and delivers results? Bodi (formerly Beachbody) was a key part of my 93 lb weight loss success, and I can’t recommend it enough! With a variety of programs to fit any fitness level and new workouts every day, Bodi makes it easy to stay engaged and excited about your fitness journey.

You don’t need a lot of workout equipment to get started, but some programs do require affordable gear, which can be purchased directly through them. I’ve used several of their items and highly recommend the MYX bike for anyone looking to enhance their experience. The bike features ride programs and tracks your progress with heart rate zones and calories burned—even for workouts beyond cycling. A word to the wise: wait for sales—they often discount the bike by almost 50%!
