Why I Created These Smoothie E-Books

I know how confusing it can be to figure out protein powders and supplements. When I started using Young Living products, I felt lost—like this was something I should just know how to do. But when I guessed, my smoothies often tasted awful.

What I’ve learned is that these products are amazing, but they need the right pairings and techniques to truly shine. Once I figured it out, smoothies became a fun, delicious way to enjoy nutrient-packed foods while staying on track with my wellness goals.

As a weight loss and wellness coach, I’ve worked with so many people in programs like the 10-Day Rev Up and Body by Design: Total Transformation Coaching Program, and I noticed a common challenge—people get bored with their protein drinks or just don’t know how to make them exciting and delicious.

That’s why I created these e-books. I wanted to help others discover how fun, versatile, and satisfying smoothies can be. Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need Young Living supplements to use these recipes?
Yes, for the most part.  There are some recipes where you can make some substitutions, but you may not get the nutrient density or bioavailability that you'll get with Young Living supplements.  
Can I follow these recipes without the container system?
